Featuring 4 x 4 MU-MIMO capabilities to deliver up to 1.7 Gb/s to connected devices, the dual-band range extender works with a nearby UniFi Dream Machine or UniFi Access Point to boost the wireless signal through walls and other obstructions. This helps to provide fast and reliable connections while eliminating Wi-Fi dead spots. You can optimize your network by using the 5 GHz band for bandwidth-intensive activities such as video streaming and gaming while reserving the 2.4 GHz band for email and other everyday uses.
