Warranty & Returns

This Warranty & Returns policy explains how The Computer Store (Gda) Ltd. / TCS Grenada handles warranty claims, returns, exchanges, and product issues. Warranty and return approval may vary depending on the product, supplier, manufacturer, condition of the item, and the circumstances of the request.

1. Proof of Purchase

Customers must provide a valid receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase for warranty, return, or exchange requests. We may be unable to process a request without proof of purchase.

2. Product Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Some products may carry a manufacturer warranty, supplier warranty, store warranty, or limited warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, and claim requirements will depend on the specific item.

3. Inspection Required

Items submitted for warranty, return, or exchange may need to be inspected before any decision is made. Inspection does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to decline a warranty claim, return, or exchange if the item does not meet the required conditions.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Where returns are accepted, items should be returned in good condition with original packaging, accessories, manuals, cables, and any included components where applicable. Missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of misuse may affect approval.

5. Non-Returnable or Restricted Items

Some items may be non-returnable or subject to special restrictions, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used consumables such as ink, toner, drums, and cartridges
  • Special order items
  • Software, license keys, activation codes, or digital products
  • Items damaged by misuse, liquid, power issues, accidents, or unauthorized repair
  • Clearance, final sale, or specially discounted items where stated

6. Manufacturer or Supplier Claims

Some warranty claims may need to be handled through the manufacturer, supplier, or authorized service channel. We may assist customers with the process where possible, but approval and timing may depend on third parties.

7. Repairs, Replacements, or Credit

If a warranty or return request is approved, the resolution may include repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or another remedy depending on the product, issue, and applicable warranty terms. Cash refunds are not guaranteed unless confirmed by TCS Grenada.

8. Data and Personal Files

Customers are responsible for backing up all important data before submitting any device for inspection, warranty, repair, or replacement. TCS Grenada is not responsible for data loss, software loss, settings changes, or deleted files during inspection, repair, warranty service, or replacement.

9. Warranty Does Not Cover

Unless specifically stated, warranty generally does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, liquid, power surges, unauthorized repair, software issues, viruses, neglect, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
