Welcome to The Computer Store  web site (“The Computer Store”, “the Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Computer Store provides this site as a service to its customers. Please read the following terms of service (“Terms”) as they govern your use of our site. By using this Site, you agree to follow and be bound by the following rule below. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site in any way.

Additionally, The Computer Store reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notification. Site users must agree upon and abide by these changes accordingly. Please review this page periodically for changes. Any use of our Site at any time constitutes full acceptance of our service Terms.


The Computer Store may contact you or provide you with service-related and or promotional notices by means of postal mail, electronic mail, general site notifications and more using the contact information you have provided to us.


Pricing Policy

At The Computer Store, we are committed to providing our customers with great quality products at low prices. Our products are sold online only at limited quantities and availabilities. We have done our best to display our items as accurately as possible on the Site. Please be aware, variations in style, color, size, shape and look may occur. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Shipping and Returns section for further assistance.

All prices on the site are listed in ECD by default (Eastern Caribbean Dollars).

Site Use

You cannot access or use The Computer Store website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Harassment in any manner or form of the Site, including via e-mail and chat or by obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Although The Computer Store cannot monitor the conduct of its users, it is a strict violation of these Terms to use any information obtained from our Site in order to harass, abuse or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise, solicit or sell to any user without his/her prior explicit consent.

Also, you agree that no comments or other user submissions submitted by you to The Computer Store website will violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal rights. You further agree that no comments submitted by you to the Site will be or contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any comments you make. 

Correction of Site Errors

The information on The Computer Store website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to update any information we see fit at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors may relate to product information, pricing and availability. In these instances, we shall have the right to terminate any orders involving pricing errors or inaccuracies. We apologize for any inconveniences.

Modification/Termination of Website

In the event of termination, you will still be bound by your obligations under these terms of service, including the warranties made by you, and by the disclaimers and limitations of liability. The Computer Store shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access.


You will require this sales receipt for any returns or exchanges. Exchanges only given within 7 days of purchase. Store warranty on all items is 30 Days. Items are subject to a restocking fee of 15% if opened. Ask about our extended warranty program. Ink Cartridges that are opened are not returnable. Please ensure that you register you product with the manufacture\s. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at techsupport@tcsgrenada.net


Delivery Information

TCS Grenada Ltd. charges a 0.00 non refundable fee on each order. Delivery does not include setup\installation. In the event an item is not readily available, you will be notified of its approximate delivery time. It will remain on back-order until the customer cancels. Deliveries are within St. George. Call for other pricing on further distances.



All returned Checks will be assessed a 50.00 handling fee. In the event of default the customer agrees to pay collection/attorney fees and 15% per month on all past due balance. Unless otherwise stated, CPU/SRAM.SOJ transactions are non-refundable, and are warranted for 30 days. Further warranty shall refer to manufacturers only. Technician service charge is non-refundable. The original invoice is "REQUIRED" for any items turned in for RMA, replacement or checking. Decent charge might be imposed, and TCS Grenada Ltd. reserves the right to NOT TO do the checking on the spot. All purchases wanting return for store credit or replacement must be within 7 days from the purchase date. No returns for special order or customized item(s). Software transactions are final (non-refundable). Installation of purchased parts or component on the machine will be subject to Technician service charge. All products names are trademarks of their respective owners.


The Computer Store Technical Support Services

THE COMPUTER STORE (GD’A) LTD. will only perform and provide services, repair and upgrade as requested by the customer. Computer service/repair is provided as a service. There may be circumstances under which your computer can not be repaired.

The length of time required to service/repair your computer cannot be predicted. Computer Service/repairs are billed as stated on the work order provided. Charges will be calculated in one hour increments, and once diagnosed and repairable will carry a minimum one hour charge.                                 


It is your responsibility to back up your data. THE COMPUTER STORE (GD’A) LTD. is not responsible for data loss. In the process of working on your computer there is a possibility of data loss. You agree that you have made the necessary backups of your data. So that in the event of such data loss, your data can be restored.

You authorize the technician to install Anti-virus and other necessary software on your computer to perform services. All unnecessary software will be removed upon completion of the service.             

An estimation of the cost of labor will be provided before performing services/repairs. Estimates are not guaranteed. In the event there is an unforeseen, beyond the estimate, an effort will be made to contact you of the situation and receive authorization to continue or stop at the estimate limit.      


THE COMPUTER STORE (GD’A) LTD. is not responsible in the case of accidental damage of data or components caused by already existing viruses, poorly configured software or hardware problems/failures.            


All equipment must be picked up within 30 days of completion or a $45 monthly fee will to be added to the cost of Service Repair Order. THE COMPUTER STORE (GD’A) LTD. Services is authorized to retain any equipment brought in for service until full payment is collected and processed. 


All repair work orders are subject to a minimum $40 (without VAT) service fee once it reaches the Hardware Service Department regardless of the state of repair or outcome of the diagnosis. This fee will not be assessed if the part is under HP, Apple, Dell, Toshiba, or Lenovo warranty and purchased at THE COMPUTER STORE (GD’A) LTD.


Customers are asked to not interrupt the technician until the estimate is completed. Save all additional questions until after you receive the estimate.


THE COMPUTER STORE (GD’A) LTD. is NOT responsible for viral infections of the unit or any security compromises to the unit, including compromises due to weak passwords after the date of repair.


THE COMPUTER STORE (GD’A) LTD. Hardware Service Department does not support any applications or software except those for Microsoft Windows or Mac Operating Systems.


THE COMPUTER STORE (GD’A) LTD. is not responsible in the case of accidental damage of data or components caused by already existing viruses, poorly configured software or hardware problems/failures.            

The data backup process is automated software that copies files to be backup on one of THE COMPUTER STORE (GD’A) LTD. servers. Backup files can be stored on these servers for up to three months. At the request of the customer, The Computer Store (G’da) Ltd will back up data for an additional fee.




If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 2 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
